The Berol Automatic TD5 pencil above is the only thin lead drafting leadholder I can think of [Update: oh, there are others. I'll elaborate someday] that has a 2 mm leadholder counterpart that is stylistically similar. That would be the later Japanese made versions of the Berol/Sanford Turquoise 10C (pictured below). Notice the color, materials, and finishes are all identical, as is the detailing at the shoulder where the grip meets the shank of the barrel. They also use the same pocket clips. The only significant difference in style between the thin lead and thick lead versions is the length of the grip.

The Berol Turquoise 10C 2 mm leadholder and the Berol Automatic TD5 share many formal features.

I think the reason there are not more matching thin and thick leadholders (which seems like the obvious thing to do) is that the thick ones have traditionally been made by European manufacturers and the thin ones by Japanese pencil makers. Few manufacturers, until recently, have made both thin and thick lead leadholders.
