If requested I am happy to announce a donation on the main "What's New" page and I can also announce donations in honor of a person or event. In the case of artifacts, I will put a "donated by..." note which you can specify next to the item when it is added to the online collection. (click here for an example)

All donated artifacts are cataloged and stored under climate controlled conditions. Objects that are more suited to another museum can be loaned or otherwise distributed as per my recommendation at the discretion of the donor.
