How do I order? Browse among the items available on the Shop pages. Click on the “Add to Cart” link for any items that interest you. When you finish selecting your items, click “Place Order.”

On the Place Order page, fill out the simple form and click “Send Order.”

OK. I sent the order. Now what? Don’t send money yet. I’ll get back to you via email usually within two days. At this time I’ll confirm the shipping cost and you’ll have a total order cost. OK, now send money and don’t forget to provide your shipping address.

How much is shipping? How should I know, you haven’t ordered anything yet.

No, really. I’d like to have some idea as to how much I can expect to pay for shipping. Oh. Sorry. A single pencil or box of lead in a padded envelope sent domestic First Class will cost $2.00. If it’s something too fragile to be sent in a padded envelope, It will be boxed, and that is typically sent Priority Mail which starts at $5.00. Shipping outside the U.S. will of course be more and varied. I never add exorbitant handling fees or anything like that, but I might round up the postage to the nearest buck.

I’m not a fast shipper. You can ask, but I probably won’t be able to ship things overnight or anything close to that. I often use U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail which claims 2 to 3 day service, but I don’t use it because I want everyone to get their stuff in 2 or 3 days. I use it because they provide free boxes. You can typically expect your order to be shipped within 4 days of payment although it could be up to 7 days under unusual circumstances.

How does your “Guarantee” work? Like this: If you order something and you feel it was not accurately described on the Shop page, I will accept the return of the item(s) and refund your payment. Shipping the item back is your responsibility. The refund will be made after the item is returned.

Do you have a privacy policy? Yes. I will not share your information with anyone. Period. You never have to send credit card or bank information to me. This is handled by PayPal.
